I jus got a new 10 gall aquarium and i have two gold fish and 1 black moor. I have looking at freshwater tropical fish but can i have tropical fish w/ gold fish??? And what else do i need to do in the aquarium for the tropical fish??

DO not buy anymore fish. The three fish you have need 10 gallons each. You are way overstocked. Even though they look like they fit the tank, small goldfish give off enough ammonia and nitrates to make the water quite toxic. You need to get a water test kit and test for ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates. You will see levels above .01, which means the water has a buildup of toxins. Because people change the water and keep the toxins low, some fish live over a year in these conditions before they die. Nonetheless, the inside and outside of the fish are being chemically burned each time the different toxins build up. So please get at least a 30 gallon tank for your goldfish.
