I have a 10 gallon aquarium and i currently have 10 neon tetras in it. If i added two fancy guppies would i be over stocking the tank?

10 neons and 2 fancies rule is an inch of fish a gallon of water. neons are very active fish sure u can get the fancies. get half a dozen more neons.
