When can you add fish to your aquarium fresh water?

Okay so we just set up our fresh water aquarium again. Its about a 20 gallon tank, and I forget how long we should wait until we can add new fish to the aquarium?

The only true way to tell is to test the water. Once you see ammonia spike then fall and Acomplia the nitrites spike and fall your tank is cycled and ready for fish.
