i have a 10 litre coldwater aquarium in my bedroom and just wondered if i could keep and apple snail in it with a couple of goldfish.
btw my goldfish wont get any bigger than about 4 cm so a 10 litre tank is not too small thank you very much!

US $.50

No. Goldfish would eat the snail.
Also Goldfish need more like 65-100 litres each, a 10 litre is way too small, a Goldfish would not last very long in a tank that small!
you need a bigger tank bt they will go good together
they may be ok if the snail is quite big because i do agree the goldfish could eat it if it’s small
i made that mistake i have a 10 gallon tank with 2 fantails and a black moore and they ate my poor snail i wouldnt do that oh and plus you need a bigger tank
you should get 2 apple snails. i have two goldfish and 2 apple snails in my tank and they’re fine. just make sure you feed the goldfish cause once in a while they like to pick on the snails.
oh and if u have a 10 litre tank, you need a bigger one. i made a huge mistake doing the same thing. i bought 2 tiny goldfish and expected them to stay the same size forever. they grew. aloottt. i ended up getting a bigger tank. but my advise overal is DO NOT GET A GOLDFISH. seriously they are sooo messy you should only get one for an outdoor pond or such. after about the first month of having mine, i regretted not buying guppies.
i would’ve appreciated it if someone gave me the same advice before i bought my goldfish
It’s beautiful.
