can i keep an apple snail in a cold water tank with goldfish?

i have a 10 litre coldwater aquarium in my bedroom and just wondered if i could keep and apple snail in it with a couple of goldfish.
btw my goldfish wont get any bigger than about 4 cm so a 10 litre tank is not too prescription medications small thank you very much!
