I drugs online without prescription have high regard for the "hang on the back filters with the bio-wheel". Check your local pet shops.. They will have some in stock. Great filter for fresh or salt.

Not sure why you'd need to get it online, but I would expect finding one exactly the right size will be a matter of luck wherever you shop.
The easiest option would be to buy a lighting kit from any aquatic petstore [or on ebay if you want to do it online] & build your own lid... most perspex suppliers will supply it cut to size so it's just a case of sticking it together with silicone sealant & drilling holes for the lighting kit.
Done that way you can match the exterior to your decor using a can of spray paint.

I purchased a 46 gallon bowfront fish tank. Between the heater I use, the dramatic differences between temperature between day and night here, and the aquarium light, my water temperature fluctuates, sometimes reaching a peak difference of 5 degrees. Any tips on keeping the water temperature more stable? One note - all of the accessories I'm using are approved for my size tank.

Slow temperature fluctuates won't hurt the Buy Amoxil fish. In nature the water doesn't stay the same all the time. It only hurts the fish when you dump in a bucket of cold water or move a fish from one temperature to another quickly.
Fish are coldblooded and adapt to the change. They may become a bit more lethargic at lower temperatures if they are tropicals but your heater should be compensating for low temps.
