My 29 gallon planted tropical fish tank. Inhabitants are two otocinclus catfish, one albino long-fin bristlenose pleco, one hillstream loach, and one male veiltail betta fish. The plants are; crypts, anubias, vallisneria, and there's a also a very wimpy moneywort plant in there. Most of these plants are very new, and we're still waiting for them to grow in a bit.

When do you put the dechlorinator into the water? In the bucket? Do you have to wait for the dechlorinator to set in? Can you put dechlorinator in the tank with fish in it?
Please don't give stupid answers. The tank is a freshwater tropical aquarium 29g and currently cycling(been a while since i started) and i am getting fish this weekend or Friday.
