How do you keep aquarium plants alive?

My family is against me planting me 90 gallon discus aquarium. They say the plants look like weeds and just die anyway. Could someone tell me how to keep them alive and also Buy Propecia Online Without Prescription throw up some good links to nice planted tanks please?
I am soon replacing the substrate and lights to grow the plants better
